I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping people on their journey toward wellness. I create a warm, supportive environment to help you overcome challenges and discover hope and healing through our work together.
In our work together, you can expect a supportive, collaborative space where your experiences, strengths, and goals guide the process. I work with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, life stressors, emotional regulation challenges, and other mental health concerns, using an integrative approach tailored to your unique needs. Together, we will explore the root causes of your struggles and work toward meaningful, lasting change, drawing from evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, ACT, and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy when appropriate. Sessions are both compassionate and practical, focused on building insight, skills, and tools you can use beyond therapy to navigate challenges and support healing.
I believe therapy is most effective in a supportive, respectful, and collaborative environment. I meet clients where they are and work at a pace that feels right for them. I graduated with my bachelor’s and master’s degree from Arizona State University and am committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care that supports meaningful growth.
